Andrea Otto-Davidson LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Facilitator
I am a LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Facilitator and passionate about the method for team building, exploring new ideas and discovering individual personalities. My background is more than 15 years in the IT and Telecom industry, working with global Partner Program and Product Marketing teams to launch products and campaigns. I am working with organisations to develop new campaign and project ideas by using design thinking methods, creating a strategy for their Partners and Stakeholders and coordinating their next product launch.

Founder of Beyond Blocks, I previously worked in universities and corporates specialising in learning technologies. I have a deep interest in the use of LEGO as a tool for communication and social development. As a fan of all things LEGO, I’ve used LEGO as a tool to run team building events and developed tools for understanding organisations which use LEGO as a main focus.

Are you curious how you can get ideas out of your head and learn how to simplify topics with LEGO® models?

The LEGO® Serious Play® method gives you the opportunity to simplify complex topics and was developed for innovative solution finding. The methodology is now widespread and helps both start-ups and large companies such as NASA.

Think of it as a way to get thoughts and ideas out of your head and be able to think with your hands.

In this session you learn:

  • How you can understand and use LEGO® Serious Play® as an agile method.
  • Simplify and visualise complex issues.
  • Learn potential scenarios when LEGO® Serious Play® can be used as an effective method.

Are you interested in innovative problem-solving methods? Then this session is the introduction to the playful and effective method with LEGO® Serious Play®.

You will also get an insight into the 10 keys of happier living supported by Action for Happiness, a global non for profit organisation with an evidence-based approach for happier living.

This workshop is hosted by Andrea Otto-Davidson, a co-lead for the AfH Happiness Habits Program and certified LEGO® Serious Play® facilitator.
